Food & Water
Hot meals, snacks, and cold water handed out person to person, no questions asked.
A Christ-centered homeless outreach
The Well goes to the street with food, clothing, and hygiene — and stays to listen, pray, and walk alongside our neighbors toward dignity, stability, and lasting hope.
Our mission
Meet needs, pray with purpose, and connect people to jobs — helping restore dignity and lasting hope.
Serving the streets of Phoenix, Arizona and Eastern Washington — one person, one meal, one conversation at a time.
Who we are
The Well is a volunteer-driven outreach ministry that brings practical help and genuine friendship to people experiencing homelessness. We show up on sidewalks and street corners with the essentials — and with time, attention, and prayer.
We believe every person is created in the image of God and deserves to be treated with honor. So we don't just hand out supplies and leave. We learn names. We sit down. We aim for restoration that lasts.
What we provide
Everything we carry to the street is meant to meet an immediate need and open the door to a deeper one — connection, encouragement, and a path forward.
Hot meals, snacks, and cold water handed out person to person, no questions asked.
Fresh clothes, shoes, socks, and blankets — sized to the season and the person.
Soap, toothbrushes, razors, and personal-care items — because hygiene is for all.
Free street-side haircuts that help people feel seen, refreshed, and human again.
We stop, listen, and pray with every person by name. Presence is part of the help.
Connecting willing hands to real work — pathways toward stability and independence.
For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in.Matthew 25:35
Restoration over relief
A warm meal meets today's need. A haircut, a clean shirt, a conversation, a prayer — those remind a person of who they are. That's where change begins.
Our heart is long-term transformation, not just short-term help. We walk with people toward jobs, stability, and a life of purpose — one relationship at a time.
How we serve
Food, water, clothing, and hygiene placed directly into the hands of those who need them.
We stop to listen and pray with each person — meeting the heart, not just the need.
We open doors to work and stability, helping people step toward independence.
